Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final for health and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns on:

• Toys

• Lingerie

• Lubricants

• Sexual wellness items

• Any opened or used product

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of the issue

• We will replace the item or issue store credit

Wrong Item Received If we made a mistake, we will correct it at no cost to you.
